Room hire terms & conditions
You shall use the premises only at those times, in those places and for those purposes specified in the Hire Agreement Form. You shall ensure that the maximum number of participants is not exceeded.
You shall have a duty to prevent, and accept liability and costs relating to all losses, breakages, defacements and damages within the premises.
You shall have a duty to maintain the security of the premises at the time being used. The supervision of your activities shall be solely your responsibility.
You shall not bring into the premises any alcohol or illegal substance.
St. Margaret’s House reserves the right to cancel your booking at any point should we discover that any of the information you have provided in the form above, or on the completed Hire Agreement Form, is inaccurate.
