Men’s Wellbeing

Join St Margaret’s House on Tuesday afternoons in the Tramshed for our Men’s Wellbeing sessions! Led by a certified Sportworks coach, these sessions provide a welcoming and fun space to take part in physical activities, helping to improve your mood, confidence, and feelings of wellbeing.

Arrive from 1.20pm, with an hour-long session of sports games and fitness activities from 1.30 - 2.30pm.

There will be ten sessions each term.


Summer Term: Tuesday 30th April – Tuesday 2nd July (no session Tuesday 28th May)
Autumn Term: Tuesday 24th September - Tuesday 3rd December (no session Tuesday 29th October)

This programme is free to attend thanks to funding from Sport England, but sign-up is essential.
