Women’s Wellbeing

Join St Margaret’s House on Tuesday mornings in the Tramshed for our Women’s Wellbeing sessions! Led by yoga practitioner Vimalamani and supported by local volunteers, these sessions provide a welcoming and safe space to take part in gentle movement and meditation, helping to improve your mood, confidence, and feelings of wellbeing.

Arrive from 10.45am, with an hour-long session of guided beginner’s yoga and mindfulness from 11am – 12noon.

Sessions started on Tuesday 16th January 2024. There are ten sessions each term.

Spring Term: Tuesday 16th January - Tuesday 26th March (no session Tuesday 13th February)
Summer Term: Tuesday 23rd April – Tuesday 2nd July (no session Tuesday 28th May)
Autumn Term: Tuesday 24th September - Tuesday 3rd December (no session Tuesday 29th October)

This programme is free to attend thanks to funding from Clarion Futures, but sign-up is essential.
