Tai Chi is a gentle martial arts exercise that cultivates agility, health and mental and physical balance.
Exploring a sequence of gentle yet powerful movements, this taster session will consist of low -impact exercise that supports balance and promotes wellbeing.
The workshop will consist of a short warm-up, followed by an example class led by Redmond, so you can explore T'ai Chi and see if it's a practice that works for you. There will be an opportunity to wind down and share your thoughts on the exercise at the end of the session
