There’s so much to Discover at St Margaret's House! Our public programme will give you the chance to learn what you can do to help protect the environment and find your place within it. Take your pick from arts workshops, wellbeing sessions, live events, opportunities to be outdoors and more!

April 2023 marked the beginning of our journey as a new Arts Council England National Portfolio Organisation! We're so excited to be delivering a diverse and exciting cultural programme that will create healthier and happier communities. #LetsCreate

Children & Young People

    WORKSHOP: Saturday Circus

    Weekly Saturday Circus sessions - develop new skills in juggling, balancing and much much more!

    Autumn Term: 28th September - 7th December (no session 2nd November)

    Family Circus (ages 5-7): 9.15 - 19.15am
    Circus Club (ages 8-11): 10.30 - 11.30am

    Session fee: £2/4/7 pay what you can

  • Hilarity Academy

    WORKSHOP: Mondays - Hilarity Academy

    Weekly Monday Comedy Workshops for Children and Teenagers to build confidence and develop skills in making people laugh.

    Autumn Term: 23 Sept to 2 Dec (no session 28 Oct)

    Juniors (School Years 3-6): 3.45-5pm

    Seniors (School Year 7 upwards): 5-6.15pm

    Weekly Tuesday afterschool Games Club sessions in the Tramshed for children in school years 1-5 (younger children can attend with an adult)

    Weekly Wednesday Arts and Crafting Workshops for Children to have fun, learn skills and be mindful.

    Session fee: £3 per child (£5 for two siblings)
