Appreciating Art

  • St. Margaret's House 21 Old Ford Road London, England, E2 9PL United Kingdom (map)

In this workshop we’ll take the mystery out of looking at and appreciating art. Together we’ll explore the current exhibition at The Gallery Cafe ; Grow Where You Are Planted. We will have exclusive after hours access!

You’ll learn what questions you need to ask yourself about what you see and we will share our answers with the group. Through this you’ll discover the value and diversity of opinion and understand more about what influences what you see. We’ll also discover how your perceptions can influence what you see.

You’ll learn more about how art can tell stories, reflect situations, broaden your views and bring joy into your life.

You’ll leave with a greater understanding about looking at art, appreciating art, feel more comfortable visiting exhibitions and talking about art.
