Celebrating creativity within St Margarets House
Every individual possesses unique abilities that often remain unseen in the workplace. Hidden talents—whether artistic, theatrical, musical, or literary —can be powerful expressions of personal identity.
Here at St Margaret’s House, we encourage and facilitate creativity in our community but have not, until now, celebrated openly how much creativity there is within the organisation.
Hidden Talents offers an opportunity for our team to showcase their creative sides. A wide range of work is displayed from mixed media, sculpture, collage, photography to film and video.
In inviting employees to step outside their professional roles and share their skills with a wider audience, our workplace is transformed into a vibrant gallery of personal expression and hidden brilliance. Colleagues have discovered things about each other they did not know, and the experience fostered new conversations and connections.
By shining a light on our creativity, this exhibition helps create a more connected, inspired, and human workplace — where everyone’s unique voice is recognised and seen.
