Explore mindfulness, and give yourself the opportunity to let go, relax and find your inner strength with St Margaret's House wellbeing sessions. Yoga practitioner Lisa will guide you through mindful yoga poses, a relaxed meditation session, and breath work to support your wellbeing and connect with yourself. Suitable for all the family and children aged 6+, these relaxed sessions are the perfect way to connect and explore mindfulness. St Margaret's House is a local arts and wellbeing charity, supporting happier and healthier communities.
About Lisa:
Lisa has been practising yoga and meditation in their various forms for 20 years and has found it to be a precious tool in navigating the highs and lows of what it is to be a modern human being, especially living in London! Aside from helping her to develop resilience she has found conscious body and breath work to be a way of developing appreciation and tenderness towards the body, mind and that illusive thing we call 'spirit'.
Lisa offers a yoga practise that is open and welcoming to all, regardless of outer physical appearances. She is a firm believer that yoga is for everyone and she encourages her students to develop their own unique relationship with the practice in a safe, supportive and fun environment.
