Dynamic & energising vinyasa yoga to wake up the body and mind. This energetic class moves fluidly through postures in synchronicity with breath, building strength, stamina and flexibility. This class is suitable for people who have a basic understanding of yoga and those with more experience. Thursday lunchtimes | 1-2pm
