This energetic class moves fluidly through postures in synchronicity with breath, building strength, stamina and flexibility. This class is suitable for people who have a basic understanding of yoga and those with more experience.

Classes are £8 (drop in) or £5 (if you block book 6 classes).
Spaces are limited, we recommend you book in advance to secure your place.
