Nina Scott & Dan De la Motte

Our 7th Residency, for the first time, was host to two artists - Dan and Nina! Funded by Arts Council England, the pair brought their 6-month Research & Development project ‘Be More Mushroom’ to St Margaret’s House.

The ‘Be More Mushroom’ project collaborated with queer mycologists and artists to explore fungi through a queer lens.

Over 6 months, they hosted 4 workshops, exhibited queer theory research in our gallery café, and put on 4 performances of ‘Be More Mushroom: The Play’ for a sold out audience!
