One voice can be loud, several voices can be heard
Are you a woman with a lot to say in a world that just doesn’t listen? Are you experiencing mental health challenges because of this?
We Are Heard! is a series of six community workshops that use art techniques to help women find, develop, and amplify their voices to speak out.
Each workshop is divided into two half-day sessions, taking place on Saturdays and Sundays, from 2pm to 6pm.
Come and join us to face these challenges together in a safe(r), brave(r), and non-threatening space. An environment where we can explore who we are, what we want to say, how to claim ownership of the space we occupy, and how to set healthy boundaries.
You can attend one, several, or all of the workshops, as long as you commit to both sessions of each workshop. Click on the tickets link and choose the ticket for the workshop you’d like to attend. Tickets are offered on a “Pay What You Can” basis.
We Are Heard! is produced by Mental Creations, a community and disabled-led non-profit organisation providing mental health support through the arts to underserved and underrepresented groups.
