Join St Margaret’s House on Tuesday mornings in the Tramshed for our Women’s Wellbeing sessions! Led by yoga practitioner Vimalamani and supported by local volunteers, these sessions provide a welcoming and safe space to take part in gentle movement and meditation, helping to improve your mood, confidence, and feelings of wellbeing.
Arrive from 10.45am, with an hour-long session of guided beginner’s yoga and mindfulness from 11am – 12noon. You are welcome to bring children under 5, who will take part in arts activities led by our team of volunteers, enabling you to fully take part in your wellbeing session.
Sessions start on Tuesday 16th January 2024. There will be ten sessions each term.
Spring Term: Tuesday 16th January - Tuesday 26th March (no session Tuesday 13th February)
Summer Term: Tuesday 23rd April – Tuesday 2nd July (no session Tuesday 28th May)
Autumn Term: Tuesday 24th September - Tuesday 3rd December (no session Tuesday 29th October)
