Join multilingual writer and artist Khushi Bajaj (she/her) in this FREE storytelling and crafting workshop exploring menstruation and mythology through building narrative collages. Together we will learn about the way menstruation has featured in South Asian mythology. We will then reclaim these stories through creative activities, forming new mythologies around our own experiences. This workshop is aimed at Asian people who menstruate, and who are queer and/or disabled, mad, deaf, neurodivergent or chronically ill.
Sign up to reserve your spot and to request any access support you will need. If you choose, your work can contribute to a public art exhibition as part of the “Forming New Folklores” series, read below:
This creative session is part of the Forming New Folklores project by @fzeeshanchoudhury, which aims to collect stories and practices from queer and disabled/mad/deaf/neurodivergent/chronically ill communities across the UK and Bangladesh.
