Reconnect with your body and creativity through movement inspired by animals!
Join Aditi Kaushiva, founder of Move to Thrive, for a unique workshop blending mindful movement, creative exploration, and self-reflection.
As part of The January Challenge by 64 Million Artists let’s spark our creativity through mindful movement. This event invites you to reflect on how you take up space—physically and emotionally—through the playful lens of animal-inspired movement.

Who is Aditi Kaushiva?
"I'm Aditi Kaushiva, a movement facilitator and founder of a practice that blends mindful movement inspired by my Indian culture, and creative expression to help people reconnect with themselves and others. I believe movement is a tool for self-discovery, emotional release, and community building. I design and lead movement sessions to encourage participants to step into their bodies away from the 'hustle' culture, explore their inner landscapes, and find peace, joy and presence in motion."
