DESCRIPTION:

Ease into the week with gentle yoga and sound relaxation with Lindsay on Tuesday evenings. 

This class is for anyone who wishes to practise gently and relax deeply. We begin with calming meditation and gentle breath-led movement to release physical tension before transitioning into some restorative postures and relaxation infused with the healing energy of sound.

This is a mat based practice which includes seated, all-fours, and lying down postures. Options and variations will be given so that you can practise in a way that nurtures and supports your body.
