Women’s Wellbeing
Join us on Tuesday mornings in the Canvas for our women’s wellbeing sessions, led by yoga practitioner Vimalamani. These sessions provide a welcoming and safe space to take part in gentle movement and meditation, helping to improve your mood, confidence, and feelings of wellbeing.
The session is an hour of guided beginner’s yoga and mindfulness, and includes both chair-based and mat-based exercises which can be adapted for different mobilities.
Venue: The Canvas, 27 Old Ford Road, E2 9PJ
Times: 11am - 12noon
Dates: Tuesday 21st January - Tuesday 25th March (no session on Tuesday 18th February)
Ticket Prices: Free, but booking is essential as spaces are limited.
