Join us for an exciting Capoeira Workshop at St. Margaret's House! Get ready to immerse yourself in the vibrant world of this Afro-Brazilian martial art. Led by experienced Contra Mestre Fume, this in-person event is perfect for beginners and enthusiasts alike. Capoeira is a mixture of dance and martial arts with no physical contact, combining music, sport, dance, and play. Discover the rhythmic movements, acrobatics, and cultural history behind Capoeira. It combines training in strength, flexibility, coordination, balance, aerobic and acrobatic exercises. Don't miss this chance to learn, play, and connect with fellow Capoeira enthusiasts.

Adults, young people, and children are welcome: the workshop is geared toward all ages and does not require specific physical abilities to get started. The workshop combines training in strength, flexibility, coordination, balance, aerobic and acrobatic exercises. Everybody can discover it at their own pace!

All the activities will be played barefoot. I encourage you to wear comfortable sports clothes.

Come and experience the energy and joy of Capoeira at this dynamic workshop!
