EVENT: Community Collective Pop-Up

  • St. Margaret's House 21 Old Ford Road London, England, E2 9PL United Kingdom (map)

Join us for a community collective pop-up event, featuring various vendors selling items with a give back purpose to support important causes from Palestine to Congo.

This event is inspired by collective liberation, and we hope it inspires you to continue supporting various initiatives and causes as well as sharing common interests and ideas for change.

This event is independently run by Shakila (@thebeautyinthestruggles), an independent organiser dedicated to shining a light on causes in need, inspiring change, and encouraging communities to come together.

Highlights of the event:

  • Food stalls: Shop around with purpose from chocolates for Congo to cupcakes for Yemen. There’s something sweet for everyone.

  • Merchandise: Featuring a variety of products supporting initiatives in Palestine, Sudan & Syria.

  • Plaque card workshop: Create meaningful art with purpose alongside our art therapist Zoe.

  • Henna: Have your henna done by our amazing artists, with designs inspired by South Asian cultures.

  • Dabke workshop: Join our traditional Palestinian Dabke dance workshop at the end of the event, hosted by Majed, Hiba & Tarek.
