Join mindfulness and meditation teacher Hannah Peaty for lunchtime meditation sessions in the park this summer. Whether you are new to meditation or a seasoned meditator, come and enjoy the benefits of meditating outdoors immersing yourself in the beautiful natural surroundings of Victoria Park. An opportunity to take a peaceful pause in the day- relax, restore and reconnect to yourself and your surroundings.
This class is for participants of any age and experience and is specifically designed for adults in the Bow area, but is open to anyone! Please bring a yoga mat, a cardigan or jumper and a bottle of water. If you do not own a yoga mat and would like to borrow one for the duration of the sessions, please contact Laura at laura@stmargaretshouse.org.uk, who will provide details on how to borrow a mat.
