A space to realign | Creativity, movement, and connection
Bare is a community-led workshop series designed to foster creativity, presence, and meaningful connection. These sessions blend movement, artistic exploration, and conversation, offering a midweek reset to shake off routine and realign with our inner flow.
Each session starts with a gentle walk, inviting participants to engage with their surroundings—whether through mindful observation or small sensory exercises like gathering textures and sounds. Returning indoors, we share a herbal tea blend inspired by qi practices, using warming ingredients to transition into a space of creativity and reflection.
The creative portion of the workshop is process-driven and exploratory, focusing on tactile experiences like collage, sound composition, clay work, and visual storytelling. With each session introducing a new artistic medium, participants are encouraged to experiment freely, embracing the joy of making over perfection.
These gatherings are an opportunity to reset, share stories, and build intentional routines—balancing life’s demands with a deeper sense of creativity and connection.
About the Facilitator
I’m Hayleth, an Interdisciplinary Designer, Creative Facilitator, and Visual Storyteller navigating the intersections of design, movement, and artistic expression. My work transforms spaces—both physical and digital—into immersive experiences that foster connection, reflection, and dialogue.
Rooted in human-centered and participatory design, I weave together strategy, storytelling, and social impact. With a background in Design Technology and community-driven initiatives, I’ve witnessed the power of making, gathering, and movement in shaping narratives and strengthening communities.
Bare is my self-directed exploration—an evolving platform where creativity, curiosity, and shared experiences take shape. Through speculative design, visual storytelling, and experiential frameworks, I create opportunities for people to engage, reflect, and co-create.
Let’s build, disrupt, and reconnect—together.
I am also open to collaborations and ideas. Please reach out via email at info.barelondon@gmail.com.
